Q: Why don’t I see all the Dining Express locations in the list when I’m at the “Choose a Location” step?

A: The location may not be open during the date/time combination you picked in the previous steps.

Q: Why isn’t Tiger Bucks showing up as a payment option?

A: Tiger Bucks may not show up as a payment option if you don’t have enough money in your Tiger Bucks account. Add money to your Tiger Bucks account »

Q: Why do I have to login with my RIT Computer Account info?

A: Logging in helps you check-out faster by auto-filling contact information fields and gives you the option to checkout using Tiger Bucks.

Q: What if I need to change the details of my order?

A: Contact the Dining Express location that you ordered from and have your order number ready. You can find the contact info for all locations on our Contact Us page »
